Description 

Miracle Sealants 511 Seal & Enhance is a unique solvent-based impregnator and color enhancer designed to provide superior stain protection while enhancing and rejuvenating the natural color of a wide variety of surfaces. Its advanced formula eliminates the need to apply a separate impregnating sealer before using a color enhancer, saving time while delivering professional results. Safe for use on granite, marble, limestone, natural stone, slate, ceramic tile, quarry tile, grout, concrete, masonry, and polished stone, 511 Seal & Enhance deepens color and restores the appearance of worn or faded surfaces. It effectively enhances tumbled, honed, acid-washed, sandblasted, flamed, textured, and polished finishes. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, the formula is freeze/thaw resistant and helps revitalize older stone and tile installations while providing long lasting protection against staining. Coverage varies by surface density and porosity, ranging from approximately 250 to 4,000 square feet per gallon.
